Points to note for server rental and colocation
Users must not use servers rented from or colocated with FUNI to upload, download, store or publish the following information or content:
1. Any content or information that violates national laws, regulations or policies.
2. Political publicity or news information that violates national requirements.
3. Information involving state secrets or security.
4. Feudal superstition, obscene, pornographic or vulgar information, or incitement to crime.
5. Prize betting, gambling games, Mark Six, private lotteries or other illegal lottery gambling, sports betting, horse-race betting, viruses, Trojans, reactionary or pornographic content, or spam.
6. Information violating national ethnic or religious policies.
7. Information endangering the safe operation of the Internet.
8. Information infringing others' lawful rights or otherwise harming social order, public security or public morality. Users also undertake not to facilitate others' publication of information inconsistent with national requirements or these terms, including through URL or banner links. Users acknowledge that FUNI may determine, using its own prudent judgment, whether content violates these terms or national requirements. Upon FUNI's notice, users must adjust website content to comply; otherwise FUNI may terminate services under these terms. Users offering virtual hosting or disk-space rental must require their own customers not to engage in the above activities. FUNI may terminate services at any time if it discovers that a user or the user's customer engages in such activities.
9. Such activities will be immediately reported to the public-security authorities. Users must compensate FUNI for any resulting loss or adverse impact caused by their activities.
10. If a user's customer engages in these activities and causes FUNI loss or adverse impact, the user and customer bear joint compensation liability.

用户不得利用在服你网租用或托管的服务器上传（Upload）、下载（Download）、储存、发布如下信息或者内容：

涉及国家秘密和/或安全的信息；

封建迷信和/或淫秽、色情、下流的信息或教唆犯罪的信息；

博彩有奖、赌博游戏、六合彩、私彩等非法彩票赌博及赌球、赌马、病毒、木马、反动、色情、垃圾邮件；

违反国家民族和宗教政策的信息；

防碍互联网运行安全的信息；

侵害他人合法权益的信息和/或其他有损于社会秩序、社会治安、公共道德的信息或内容。用户同时承诺不得为他人发布上述不符合国家规定和/或本服务条款约定的信息内容提供任何便利，包括但不限于设置URL、BANNER链接等。用户承认服你网有权根据服你网自己谨慎的判断来决定用户发布的内容是否构成违反服务条款或者国家的有关规定。用户承诺在接到服你网的通知后会调整用户网站上的内容以符合国家规定或者本服务条款约定，否则服你网有权终止本服务条款项下的服务。同时，对于用户将服务器用于虚拟主机或磁盘空间出租服务的，用户应要求租用其空间的客户不得进行上述活动。服你网发现用户或者用户的客户从事上述活动的，服你网有权随时终止服务；
